1.Introduction
Lomio (“Lomio”, “we”, “us”) provides an AI Short Drama Operating System for studios, creators, and creative teams. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use Lomio, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
By using Lomio you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2.Information We Collect
We collect information in the following categories:
- Account information you provide (name, email, login credentials).
- Workspace and team metadata (workspace names, roles, invitations, project labels).
- Content you create or upload (prompts, scripts, characters, storyboards, images, audio, video).
- Usage and diagnostic data (page views, feature usage, error reports).
- Communications you send to us (support requests, feedback).
3.Account and Workspace Data
Lomio is workspace-first. Most data is scoped to the workspace that owns it. Workspace owners and admins can manage members, roles, and billing for their workspace. Members can typically view and act on data within workspaces they belong to, subject to their role.
4.User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of the original content you upload to Lomio (scripts, prompts, reference images, audio, video, characters, project files). You grant Lomio a limited license to host, process, and display this content as necessary to operate the service for you and your workspace. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights to upload and use this content.
5.AI Generation Data
When you use Lomio’s AI features, your prompts, project context, and reference assets may be sent to third-party AI infrastructure providers that we use to run inference. We route these requests through our AI Runtime so that provider routing, safety policies, and cost controls remain consistent.
We may log AI requests, outputs, and metrics for the purpose of operating, debugging, and improving the platform. Where practical we minimize what we retain and aggregate signals.
6.Payment Information
Payments for subscriptions and credit packs are processed by our payment provider, Creem, or by other payment processors we may integrate in the future. Lomio does not store full card numbers on its own systems. We do receive limited transaction metadata (such as billing email, last four digits, plan, amount, and status) to operate billing and to support your account.
8.How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Operate, maintain, and secure Lomio.
- Process AI generation tasks you request.
- Provide collaboration and workspace features.
- Bill you accurately for subscriptions and credits.
- Respond to support requests.
- Improve features, quality, and safety.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
10.Data Storage and Security
Lomio uses reputable cloud storage and database providers to persist your content and metadata. We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to continuously improve our controls.
11.International Data Transfers
Lomio operates globally. Information may be processed and stored in countries other than the one in which you reside. Where required by law, we put in place appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
12.Data Retention
We retain information for as long as your account or workspace remains active, as needed to provide the service, or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data subject to legal and operational limits (for example, we may retain billing records for accounting and tax purposes).
13.User Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, port, restrict, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. You can exercise many of these rights from within Lomio (for example, editing profile or workspace settings, or deleting projects). For other requests, contact us at the address below.
14.Children's Privacy
Lomio is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can remove it.
15.Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice (such as an in-product message or email).
16.Contact
